Celebrations of Italian cheeses and fall vegetables

Join Heather Dosman (Existential Eating) at Swallowtail supper club for a exploration of Italian Cheeses. This will be six course celebration dinner of all things melty and cheesy! She will hand make some lovely pasta and pair her selection of 6 fabulous cheeses with the best of the fall harvest.

1- vegetable & various fresh cheese snacks

2-burrata, squash, celeriac, sage

3- rosso imperiale, raddichio, shaved pear, hazelnut pesto, sorrel

4- taleggio agnolotti, brown butter, rosemary

5- 12 month pecorino, Verjus, wild mushrooms, porcini arancini

6- Gorgonzola dolce, quince, EVOO, honey, black pepper
