Spring has sprung and we are jumping in full force! We will be serving a 6 course vegetable feast at swallowtail taking advantage of all the seasonal produce! Due to the unknown nature of how this growing season will go we can’t give you an exact menu yet but we are dreaming of things like Stinging nettle agnolotti, asparagus & fermented walnut and rhubarb! Come celebrate the changing seasons with us!
