Burger Time with Handtaste ferments

Its that time again......
This is will be the that last burgertime for a bit ( we are going to move in our summer bbq series )
so dont miss out!!!!!!
menu so far
1 Tennessee fry burger- cheese, pickles, onion, sauce cooked in duck fat.
2 Wild boar "beef dip" with horseradish, pickles onion and dip
3 Slow cooked pork in banana leaf served with bread, chimichurri, pickles onion and radish
4 Veggie meatball sub- beyond meatballs, red sauce, cheese and chimichurri
all served with fries.......
