We will tour the magical farms of glorious organics with 2 of the farm experts as well as 2 of BC’s most knowledgeable foragers, Camille Flanjak (museum eats), Lori Snyder (Earth company). Participants will learn about ethical approaches to farming as well as native plant life. After the Farm and Forage tour we will eat a family style potluck meal utilizing some of the foods we harvest and forage from the abundant Glorious Organics property. This is an amazing opportunity to learn about food in our community with some of the leading lights in food knowledge, don’t miss out!
